Restrictions are in place in Kodagu with heightened security throughout the district. Loud music banned from 10PM to 11:30 AM on 1st January.


ಕೊಡಗು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಾಚರಣೆಗೆ ಖಾಕಿ ಕಟ್ಟೆಚ್ಚರ.ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆಯದಂತೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಬಂದೋಬಸ್ತ್.ರಾತ್ರಿ 10 ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಡಿಜೆ ಸೌಂಡ್ ಸಿಸ್ಟಮ್ ಬಂದ್.ರಾತ್ರಿ 11.30 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮದ್ಯ ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಮತಿ.ಮಡಿಕೇರಿ ಸೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹಲವೆಡೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಭದ್ರತೆ.
