We think we have so much time to waste while we evaluate our options. We look forward to all of these holidays so we can take time off. We believe that we have earned it, that we deserve it. And that is the exact kind of mindset that keeps you from getting better!

You have to remember this- the majority of us sleep away about 1/3 of our lives and spend another 5 years waiting in line! And you think you can take days off??? There is not an abundance of time but it is one thing we consciously make the choice to waste - we spend countless hours watching tv, looking at social media, playing video games, etc.

If you live a full life, towards the end of that full life, I guarantee you will have time to think. You will think more about the things you didn’t do than the things you did do.
