Here in this video I am going to quest into the world of seven skies which is mentioned in the Gracious Qur’an as signs which cannot be grasped unless we individually become mindful to our surroundings. Our Rabb’s blessings on this earth we get from the mercy within our individual hearts which function as a bliss of pondering Rahmah of creativity. The more we busy ourselves in enjoying what we love with the Nur of our Rabb’s guidance the more we increase our propensity to gain unfathomable blessings which we didn’t know exist. Allah subHanahu wata’ala reminds us in the Glorious Qur’an,
(Ba’da A’oodhu Billahi min ash-Shaytaan-i’r Rajeem : After seeking Allah’s protection/refuge/shelter from Shaitaan, the Accursed one)
Who created the seven heavens one upon another. You will see no incongruity in the Merciful One's creation. Turn your vision again, can you see any flaw? [Surah Al-Mulk, 67: 3]
Seven Skies doesn't literally means seven solar systems or seven galaxies, it means the 7 levels... it could also mean 7 dimensions that we don't know of. Water on Earth Predates the Solar System, and Even the Sun,
Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the Earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then, will they not believe? [Surah Al-Anbiya, 21: 30]
Modern life involves a daily bustle of noise, distraction, and information overload. Our senses are constantly stimulated from every direction to the point that a simple moment of quiet stillness seems impossible for some of us. This continuous agitation hinders us from getting the most out of each moment, subtracting from the quality of our prayers and our ability to remember Allah azza wa jal. In the context of modern psychology, mindfulness is “a tool we can use to examine conceptual frameworks.”
Mindfulness linguistically is defined as “the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something,” and more specifically, “A mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.” Our Rabb reminds us about the boundaries of our mind’s vision,
It is Allah Who has created the heavens and the earth and everything in between in six Days, 1 then established Himself on the Throne. You have no protector or intercessor besides Him. Will you not then be mindful? [Surah As-Sajdah, 32: 4]
In the hadith of Jibril, when he asked the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) about ihsan (goodness and excellence), the Prophet replied, "Ihsan is to worship Allah as if you see Him, but since we do not see Him we should know that He sees us at all times." [Bukhari and Muslim] The meaning of this hadith is the definition of muraqabah.
