BEST EVER CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES RECIPE - Moist Fluffy Chocolate Cupcakes

Best ever chocolate cupcakes, so soft, moist and fluffy! I made this chocolate cupcakes recipe with my daughter Allie, she loves to help me bake her favorite cupcakes :)

KITCHEN UTENSILS USED

Get the Stand mixer here;

Get the cupcake pan here;

INGREDIENTS
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter milk
1 large egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used canola oil)
1/2 cup very hot coffee (I used espresso )
1 tsp vanilla extract

BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

1 cup Butter (2 sticks)
2 cups powdered Sugar
