CAA রাজ্য অমান্য করতে পারে? । Can States Say No To CAA?

সিএএ (Citizenship Amendment Act) সাংবিধানিক না অসাংবিধানিক? কেন্দ্র থেকে কোনো আইন পাশ হলে সেটা কি কোনো রাজ্য অমান্য করতে পারে? যদি না পারে, তাহলে রাজ্যসরকার কি কি পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারে যদি তারা মনে করে এই আইন অসাংবিধানিক? Resolution পাশ করে কি এই নাগরিকত্ব আইনকে আটকানো সম্ভব? এই নাগরিকত্ব বিল পাশ হয়ে আইন হওয়ার আগে থেকেই নানা প্রশ্ন উঠেছে এই বিলকে ঘিরে এবং এই বিল আইন হওয়ার পরেও সেই প্রশ্ন বিরাজমান। আজকের পর্বে আমরা চেষ্টা করব এই প্রশ্নগুলির উত্তর খোঁজার।

In this episode we take a dive into the constitutional obligations of the state to obey a Bill once it has been made into an Act. We will also discuss, what it means by passing a resolution against an Act in the state assembly and whether it will be beneficial for the states and will they by doing so be able to prevent the Center from implementing the Act in their state.
