Capital Smart City by Habib Rafiqe is one of the most renowned projects in Pakistan. Recently Capital Smart City held Balloting of its Overseas Block and according to Malik Aslam (CEO of Capital Smart City) possession will be delivered in March 2020. Overseas Block of Capital Smart City is fully developed and all plots on ground and construction of Mosque, Hospital, School, Marriage Hall and Shops are underway to be completed within 2020. Malik Aslam promises the provision of all amenities before the residents start their living.
Capital Smart City has also planned interchange on Motorway for the provision of short and easy access from Islamabad. Malik Aslam told that project has agreement with National Highway Authority (NHA) for the development of this Interchange. In June 2020, project will become 75 percent developed, and then Capital Smart City will be allowed to construct the Interchange.
Capital Smart City is named for its high-end infrastructure and modern technologies and CEO of project says neighboring countries also following this development trend. He added that Capital Smart City also aims to create over 250,000 jobs with the residence for over 1 Million people.
