The Ministry of Education has issued safety guidelines to schools across Trinidad and Tobago, aimed at ensuring the safety of all students and teachers. At a press conference on Tuesday, Chief Education Officer, Harrilal Seecharan, said the Ministry has asked principals to include issues of drug use and abuse at carnival presentations, and also to ensure there is decent lyrical content in all school carnival competitions.
