Subject:- Complaint against non-uploaded my improvement .......℅ of marks of XII as an eligible criteria as well as appeared my marks against the Subject code ...... in the Marksheet as AB instead of adding any marks obtained by me.

Sir/Madam,
With due respect and humble submission I would like to get your kind help in uploading my improvement marks for getting my result as pass. ........
........name..........., a student of D. El. Ed of your institution vide Enrollment No. ....................., Reference No. ..................

That sir, I appeared the D. El. Ed 4th semester examination(508-509/510) which had been conducted in March/2019 and the result declared on 22nd May/2019 wherein I have passed in the above subjects( 508-509/510) and got marks ........ and .......respectively which has been attached with this application.
That sir, I Partially fulfill all the requirements of the subject code ......... whereas AB has been worngly displayed instead of adding any marks.
That Sir, As per the rules and regulations of NIOS, I have completed my XII improvement examination and got .......℅ marks vide Roll No. ............, SL No. ......... under ........school or board name......., Assam Sr. Secondary in the year of 2018 which has also been attached with this application.
That Sir, As per the latest notification of NIOS, I had duly uploaded my improvement marks of XII in the official website of NIOS whereas, my result appeard as NC(Not Cleared) instead of Pass in the marksheet.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, I fervently state and request you that your honour would graciously be pleased to verify improvement marks as an eligible criteria of minimum ......℅marks which had been uploaded by me as well as upload marks against the subject code-....... which has been obtained by me in the marksheet instead AB and release my result as Pass at your earliest convenience. This is for your kind information and take remedial action and thanking you in anticipation.
