Ingredients
* 1 cup cocoa powder
* 1 cup boiling water
* 1 cup softened butter
* 2 1/2 cup white sugar
* 2 tsp vanilla
* 4 eggs
* 3 cups flour
* 2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 cup sour cream
Directions
* In a small bowl dissolve cocoa powder and boiling water, set aside to cool
* In mixing bowl cream butter, vanilla and sugar until it is light and fluffy
* Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
* In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and mix together
* Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream
* Add cocoa mixture and blend well
* Bake at 350F for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
