Targeted Individual - Two instances of veiled threats from gang stalking perps (gangstalkers)

here are two instances of thinly veiled threats from gang stalking perps as i was out cycling in derry.
the first occasion (wednesday 26th october 2016) a lady passes me on her phone (probably pretending or in contact with her handler) and when i am in earshot says "so there was a man that died, ah, he was a cyclist". what is she inferring here ?
in the second incident ( friday 5th january 2018 ) i was pushing my bike home & had my bike cam on a lady walked past and said to me "gunpowder's so nice" !! WTF ! what's she going to do, shoot me lol.

obviously no crime has been committed but that's the point in plausible deniability and how the harassment programme operates.

the reason for being targeted is because i phoned the police about suspected child abuse on individuals i used to know, one had relatives in the PSNI and RUC (police forces in the north of ireland)
