BETHESDA is REFUSING to Fix FALLOUT 3... I'm Angry!

Bethesda has let Fallout 3 stay broken for over a decade... now, they've released Fallout 3 in a broken state YET AGAIN on the Bethesda Launcher for PC. Why? Because the game is close to being delisted from Steam as Valve is refusing keys to games that still require Games for Windows Live. Instead of fixing the game, they just re-release it in the same state on their own platform... why are they so stubborn when it comes to fixing this game?
