When I started in the service industry as a solar cleaning company, I started in residential and it was a tough gig. Small profits, too many customers to deal with, and hiring is a nightmare. All I wanted to do was focus on my sales or marketing but I would find myself stuck in the field all the time doing what I call insanity. "Doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.
Now I deal with some of the largest companies in the world companies like Hilton, and Marriott Where we offer Specialty exterior cleaning services for them. We also do some of the largest construction projects out there.
My life changed because of large commercial contracts! I have a team that takes care of the work and I'm able to focus on the stuff that matters.
