Japan's health authorities say another 10 people aboard a cruise ship south of Tokyo have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, bringing the number of cases on board to 20. Those infected will be transferred to nearby hospitals after the ship docks in Yokohama. The 3,700 passengers and crew face at least 14 days quarantine on the vessel.
