Note: please review your pillow's care instructions. Pillows (especially down) can be tricky and flatten or get clumpy when washed if they are "dry clean only" or on the older side. A quick tutorial on how I wash pillows in the washing machine. A recent study found that after two years, 1/3 of your pillow's weight comes from dead skin, bugs, dust mites, and their waste. Help prevent skin irritations and allergies by washing your pillows regularly.
