Exhaust fan can be used as cooler motor. Size of cooler depends upon requirement. It is a maintenance free cooler concept.
Large water droplets helps to cool better. Large and maximum number of water holes are better that it will never clog.
Mosquito repellent mesh should be of metal for better results.
