Today I talk about Bond Maintenance through use of Olaplex 3. This incredibly simple process can help you repair chemically damaged hair while simultaneously giving it the preventative strength to withstand coloring. I'll also demonstrate a before and after to try to illustrate the effectiveness, but my hair is already in pretty good shape.

While this product is the DIY at home version, available to the public, it is corollary to the Olaplex 1 & 2, which are commonly utilized by professionals only during whitening and coloring sessions. I'm not just doing a product review today, but a method that can be used with any of the products in a similar category, like B3 (Brazilian Bond Builder) or others.

This is my actual footage and it is my hope that this video both inspires and removes fears. We need to take our hair and the maintenance of it into our hands. Nobody cares more about your hair and than you do!!
