The NO CONTACT Rule... Is It Effective?

Today I'm gonna talk about the no contact rule and whether is it effective or not? can you get the girl you want using it?

First of all, what's the no contact rule? Well it's a pretty simple idea, it means you should stop having contact with someone! Mainly in a dating type of relationship where you stop texting someone, calling them, returning their texts, phone calls everything.

And the idea behind it is that you're changing the dynamics, to a pull and push dynamics and the balance power in the relationship, how someone is being pursued and they run away a little bit and the roles switch where you have the one pursuing running away a little bit to be pursued by the other person and so it goes.

That's why relationships that have that dynamic have more passion to them. That's why we feel the need to have have something saying attention and care from someone when we feel it has been taken away, when we're rejected we want to validated ourselves by proving that we're worth it, we will make ourselves rejected even more and get more needy in order to validate ourselves.

You can see this in relationships where the man or woman even though they're being physically abused or emotional and mentally abused by their partner they tend to go back to them hoping things might change or the abuse might stop, hoping they'll get accepted instead of rejected but it's bad strategy because it leads to more abuse and rejection.

The way to combat this is to use the no contact rule, because it is effective at a basic level even though it requires a certain level of interest it's the best strategy to handle those kind of situations.

Using cats as an analogy, if you play with your cat or show them too much interest they run away and stop reacting to you, however if you initiate interest by some toy for example she will chase it and look for it because she wants it, the main reason is because you're not doing it all the time but rather showing it and then taking it away.

But if there is no interest the cat won't care if your remove the toy or the thing you're tying to use in order to get its attention!

Same thing for relationships, if you keep playing hot and cold with relationship where you show interest then you remove it will be effective only IF they have interest in you! if not it won't work!

If a girl has already put you in the friendzone or friendzoned you she already set up her mind on not needing your attention or any interest in you, so it doesn't matter of you used the no contact rule on her?
