5 car 'pile up' in parking lot. Swampscott police can't park, Camback Swampscott Officer Nottingham

5 car 'pile up' in parking lot. Swampscott police can't park, Camback Swampscott Officer Nottingham I had just arrived at Whole Foods in Swampscott Mass, to a car that had backed up into for other cars and sandwiched them together. Officer Chandler (from the previous video, named "Swampscott officer blocks handicap and purple heart recipient parking space") was on scene along with shift supervisor Sergeant Frayler, it will never fail as they are trained in the academy to always Park like an asshole. Not only are over 6 spaces taken from the accident but another 6 spaces are taken due to the incorrect and unnecessary parking job of the Swampscott police. As I was filming the vehicles, especially officer Chandler's vehicle that was missing a front plate, Officer Todd Nottingham that just got hired June 8th 2018, pulled up and gave a camback. I'm guessing this officer who is new to the force does not realize his phone is now public record. He seemed a little surprised when I said that, he went down the parking lot banged a u-ie and proceeded to leave Whole Foods parking lot.

Here is the post from the Swampscott Police Department Facebook page welcoming Officer Todd Nottingham after an "intense 22 weeks of training" 🤣🤣🤣.
