Revelations of Death Stranding Begin - Are My Theories Being Confirmed

After many videos on the previews of Death Stranding, I am so glad to finally get to see more of actual scenes in the game that explain a bit of what is going on. What makes me happiest is seeing potential confirmation of my theories. What do you guys think? Am I looking at this right?
