Last week, the city spilled 2 million gallons of raw sewage into the Flint River and a new study shows that the number of Flint's special needs students has increased by 56% since the water crisis began.

Flint Mayor Karen Weaver spoke with #RolandMartinUnfiltered guest host Robert Patillo about the ongoing crisis and the progress made since the water crisis grabbed national headlines.
