What is Article 370 | जाने क्या है आर्टिकल 370?

To save territory of the Jammu & Kashmir from the attack of the Azad Kashmir forces; then ruler of Jammu & Kashmir Maharaja Hari singh and Jawaharlal Sign the accession of treaty on 26 October 1947. In this treaty Jammu & Kashmir surrendered only three subjects i.e. external affairs, defence and communication to the Indian Government and in pursuance of this commitment #article370 was incorporated in the constitution of India.
