Boris Johnson should have the guts to resign, says SNP's Joanna Cherry

The prime minister should 'have the guts' to resign after the supreme court unanimously ruled his decision to shut down parliament for five weeks was unlawful, says Joanna Cherry. The Scottish National party MP brought the earlier case in Scotland that the supreme court has sided with. Eleven justices unanimously determined the decision to prorogue was 'unlawful, void and of no effect'
