Life with ferrets: Insulinoma medication routine

I wanted to share the insulinome medication routine with you. As for now, Cubano is doind well and he hasn't had any episodes after getting his medication. The downsides are that some days he lacks of appetite and that the medication has to be given at such exact times. Soon we will be heading to the vet to get a checkup and see with an ultrasound, how far has the tumour in the pancreas spreaded. Insulinoma is a sicknes from what a ferret never recovers. It can be stable or get only worse over time. The first life expextancy was from 0,5- 1,5 years, after the check up we will know more and can get a little more precise time range.
