The CRAZIEST JOKER, MUST BE STOPPED!! While Deputy Jake and the Sheriff are transporting their suspect, they spot a funny clown watching them on the side of the road. Just then, the undercover van starts having problems. When the sheriff starts looking under the hood of the vehicle, the Joker swoops in and sets the suspect free. The suspect has a tracking device in his shoe, so the cops hope this is their chance to finally catch the Joker!
