Himroo is a type of fabric once woven exclusively in Gold and Silk. When Muhammad Bin Tughlaq moved the capital from Delhi to Daulatabad, the art of weaving Himroo came to Aurangabad. The Lallantop paid a visit to a family who is weaving intricate Himroo designs for five generations now.
