John Dupree began his career working for “insurance defense” firms in Knoxville, Tennessee. During this time, most of his work was devoted to defending claims for insurance companies throughout east Tennessee. While this work provided a wealth of litigation experience and experience with how insurance companies evaluate claims, Mr. Dupree always carried ERISA cases for individual claimants.
