UCR Update: My 1985 Volvo 245 Brick Wagon Work Has Begun!! | EvoMalaysia.com

SO here we go!! As usual, in order of my restoration process, it's Mechanical, Electrical & Peripheral in that order, but since the wheels are off, I'm sending those to be refurbished right away :)

The thing about restoring/rebuilding old cars like these, I cannot emphasise how important it is to be careful when removing parts, and as much as possible, try not to remove them too often, as they're old and probably very brittle.

Thankfully the engine and gearbox are in amazing condition, built like a tank and built to LAST. But as I suspected, and expected, the rubber bits on the underside need to be replaced, but hey, whatever it takes. Still trying to keep within my set budget, so let's see if I can or not.
