When nuerotypical people procrastinate it is because they don't want to do it. When people ADHD procrastinate it is because they are attempting to do too much. Procrastination then stops being a symptom to deal with and becomes a message of communication between you and yourself. If you find yourself in a situation #thesituationaltherapist lol, if you find yourself in a situation where you are procrastinating, it is probably due to the fact that you are focusing on the outcome, being done, and not the process, what must be done to get you to a place where you are done!
