1: Lemon/ Cumin Seeds Tea:
250 mls of water, 1/2 lemon 🍋, 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds, 1/2 Tsp of honey. Soak cumin seeds overnight.
Cooking time: 10 minutes

2: Lemon/Fennel Seed Tea:
250 mls of water, 1/2 lemon 🍋, 1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds, 1/2 Tsp of honey.
Cooking time: 10 minutes

3: Hibiscus 🌺 Tea
200 mls of hot water
1Tbsp of dry hibiscus leaf

4: Black Tea/Lemon Tea.
200 mls of hot water
1Tbsp of black Tea
