President Trump tweeted that the Navy “will NOT” take away the trident pin, an emblem signifying membership on the elite SEAL team, from embattled Navy SEAL Chief Eddie Gallagher. The move comes days after Trump restored Gallagher’s rank, who was demoted when he was found guilty of posing with a teen ISIS fighter’s corpse.
