Dogs Recovers After Being Covered in Cactus Needles

These pups got into a prickly situation. The stray dogs were found covered in cactus needles wandering around a woman's front yard in Mesa, Arizona. Firefighters tried to help by pulling out some of the needles, but the dogs were clearly in pain. So, the pups, which are believed to be Chihuahua mixes, were brought to the local vet clinic where they were put under anesthesia to have each needle cactus spine removed.
