Setting healthy boundaries and saying “no” isn’t always easy. This one is for my fellow people pleasers and those whom have had to learn hard lessons in life because of their tendency to want to keep the peace. I was originally going to call this shirt “consent” because I am sick of people’s lack of ability to take “no” for an answer and time is up for that sort of behavior. Learning to say “no” is something that is incredibly valuable and yet very difficult for a lot of people.
