Earlier, Shiv Sena parliamentarian Sanjay Raut had said about Indira Gandhi that she used to come to Mumbai to meet Karim Lala. Even then, there was a lot of pride. When Sanjay Raut was rebuffed by the Congress leaders, Raut withdrew the statement and now a minister of NCP, an old ally of the Congress, has given such a statement on former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, which may cause a ruckus among the alliance. Sanjay Nirupan from Congress gave reply to Awhad, Nirupam said that Jitendra Awad himself. Indira ji was accused of strangling democracy. If ministers live in the present instead of history, there will be no political wrong. Awhad, however, clarified that his statement was twisted and presented.
