ESO | Elf Bane Improvements | Harrowstorm PTS

In this video I go over the re-work to elf bane and how it could be effective in pvp. If you are using multiple damage over time effects this could be a cost-efficient way to use your resources. However, 3 classes have access to purges so I doubt it will be as beneficial in PvP as it will be in a static PvE environment.
