While the example might be easy to digest, the physical performance of the example is much harder to master. It is easy for us to unravel and get lost in ourselves during this time. Frustrations do happen in all of us. As I told Jud during this video, calm yourself and remind yourself what you are trying to do. The hardest part is not letting your frustrations be the energy/focus of where we are. We have to constantly refocus ourselves during this time. At this point in the lesson, he didn't need me to make a big speech on the subject. I needed to show him where my calm was. By doing that, it also placed him to understand that he was ok.
