Dry Red Chilli - 4
Green Chilli - 3 slit
Garlic - 3-4 tbsp chopped
Red Chili Powder (kashmiri / non spicy) - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Coriander Fresh - 2 tbsp chopped
Spring Onion Greens - 1 tbsp chopped
Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp (optional)
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Water - ½ cup
MSG - 1 pinch (optional)
Red Food Color - 1 pinch
Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
Coriander Fresh - to garnish
