Creamier and crunchier yoghurt cookies for any special occasion These cookies/ biscuits were done using Greek style yogurt. Instead you can use curd, sour cream too. The egg I used is 50g. If you add yoghurt a bit runny or an large egg add bit more flour and sugar. This is a less sweet cookie but you can add extra sugar for more sweetness.
