What are subliminals?
-Subliminals are videos that have affirmations which are messages that are played throughout the video at a low volume. There are also visual subliminals with words that are faded in the background. Subliminals can help you in many ways by making your subconscious believe that you actually have this.
What do subliminals do?
-There are a lot of subliminals out there for you to get your desired result and there’s a variety of subliminals! For a brief summary, however, subliminals help you achieve results and let you get things that you want.
How many times must I listen to a subliminal?
-Some subliminals are “listen once” whereas some subliminals must be listened to many times for you to achieve results! For mine, you can listen to many times as you want but you have to listen for (my recommendation) 3 times!
What volume should I put a subliminal at?
- I recommend playing my subliminals at 2-3 bars. For other subliminals, it can vary, so be sure to check their video description.
Is there anything else about subliminals that I should know?
- Yes! People believe that you shouldn’t look at a mirror if you’re trying to get physical results but you shouldn’t look for results and it is in fact, safe to look at a mirror. You just don’t need to actively look for results and let it come naturally.
- Sometimes, sub makers put bad/negative affirmations. How do you know if a sub is bad? It’s only if you see that you are achieving worse results. Sometimes, you could be using multiple subliminals so if you get negative results it could be only from one subliminal! Be sure to put flushes into your playlist to not get any negative results.
