Today I got up and said hey " I want to cook a whole a salmon" and get my nails done of course. The meal was a hit. I'd leave the recipe but I can barely remember . Cooking is my happy place . I feel like I'm giving my best to my kids in the kitchen and when I cook I feel valued when they try something new and they like it.
